SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is for  OSHUN’S SACRED HEALING HOUSE/OMI IFE ESSENTIALS and was last updated on 02/01/2025.

1.       SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS- Domestic Shipping: Standard (5-8 Business Days) Free Local Pickup is available

2.        PROCESSING TIME- Orders are processed within 4 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays and then sent out for shipping.

3.       Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. At this time the package is out of our hands and any shipping delays must be dealt with through USPS. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status

4.        CANCELLATIONS After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

5.         RETURNS All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. However, a credit toward a future purchase may be issued depending upon circumstances.

6.        DAMAGED ORDERS Oshun’s Sacred Healing House is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7.        SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS - Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
